Lyceum Program

For select aspiring thinkers, the Lyceum Program is designed to embody Aristotle’s philosophy of education. Through one-on-one individualized learning, students start with Aristotle’s philosophy and move into a cultivated program of learning— poetry, literature, philosophy, the arts, and sciences. The main objective of the Lyceum Program is to incorporate the mission of Chestnut State’s development of the self while providing a more independent and rigorous course of study and exploration.

Application Process

As with all prospective Chestnut State students, a consultation and interview come first. During the interview with our director, students will have the opportunity to discuss their interest in the Lyceum Program and why they believe they are a good fit.
